RLF – “Leadership for Life” (a leadership program of SIM)

Do you want to improve your company’s future by investing in your high-potential performers? Do you believe in developing and growing our Next Generation of IT Leaders?

The facilitators of SIM’s signature RLF program are famous for delivering leadership development differently.  More than 4,000 rising business and IT professionals from top U.S. and global companies have experienced the RLF program with life-changing and career-enhancing results.

Here’s a snapshot from an endorsement written by a former RLF graduate that captures the ‘heart’ of the program::

“Leadership is not a position, it is a skill.  This became clear to me after my experience attending the Regional Leadership Forum several years ago.  Unlike the expected messaging received from the usual leadership training programs we’ve all attended throughout the course of our careers, my experience in RLF was a consciousness raising experience.  The program has existed for decades and is rich in history. More importantly, the round table that sets the curriculum and the program facilitators are also rich in experience.  I would call them leadership legends. The structure of the course is a guided journey into the essence of true leadership.”  (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/leadership-position-skill-adriana-callerio/).

To learn more about the program, please feel free to visit the 2018 RLF website or contact RLF Facilitator Karen Calvert anytime @ kcalvert@austinsim.org.
