We enjoyed seeing colleagues and friends at an interactive discussion on March 13th exploring lessons learned from Fortune 500 technology transformations. The discussion, lead by Matt McBride, included .how to empower and prepare your team for success.
Matt is a Dallas SIM member who currently serves as Executive Vice President of Digital and Agile Transformation at Genesis 10. He is also an Adjunct Professor teaching leadership, cybersecurity, software architecture, and software design courses for graduate-level programs at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
